CPI Organizes Fish Release Event for the “Thasae Canal Community Watershed Development Project”

On October 12, 2022, Chumporn Palm Oil Industry Public Company Limited, the producer and distributor of Leela vegetable oil, along with its affiliated companies, collaborated with government agencies and local residents in Salui Subdistrict, Tha Sae District, Chumphon Province, to release 120,000 fish into the water as part of the Thasae Community Watershed Development Project. This initiative was undertaken to honor the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej on the anniversary of his passing. The event took place at Wat Noen Thong Pier in Salui Subdistrict, Tha Sae District, Chumphon Province. This project is a continuous effort by the company to restore natural resources and protect the environment in the communities surrounding the factory.
