Day 1
1. Arrival at the accommodation in Chumphon Province
2. Leisure time
Day 2
1. Planning the plot layout, practicing triangular planting measurements, and digging planting holes
2. Proper methods for planting oil palms, applying base fertilizers, and installing rodent protection nets
3. Effective weed control techniques, identifying types of problematic weeds, and methods for prevention and eradication
Day 3
1. Correct techniques for pruning fronds and practicing proper frond stacking
2. Nutrient management for oil palms, principles of fertilization, methods, and areas for fertilizer application
3. Explanation of various plant diseases and pests, along with prevention and eradication methods
Day 4
1. Recording and evaluating yield data
2. Harvesting techniques, demonstrating correct harvesting methods, and forms of bunch transportation
3. Tour of the CPI Oil Palm Learning Center
4. Summary and closing of the training, certificate presentation
